Shipping & Returns


We are glad to provide free freight on our products to our customers. This is done with improved relationships with our vendors to provide you with better service. Please note that some deliveries may incur additional charges due to the types of shipping methods needed to deliver your product. We will always be happy to recommend other methods of delivery to avoid such additional charges. Please speak to your sales specialist with any questions you may have.

FREE SHIPPING TERRITORY: Free shipping applies in the United States within the 48 continental states. For customers located in Hawaii and Alaska, shipping would be free to the closest continental US border and the customer would be responsible for any additional shipping fees there after.

International customers also get free shipping to the closest US border. This also applies to any freight forwarder companies you might use within the United States. Any additional shipping fees and import duties or taxes would be the customers responsibility.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES: Residential deliveries are deliveries that are made to NONCOMMERTIAL addresses regardless of the presence of a company name at that address. Only heavy weight deliveries (see below) are subject to these additional charges. To avoid these additional charges other options are available for delivery such as shipping them to the nearest truck terminal for pick in your area or by shipping it to an alternate address such as a work address. These charges are incurred due to the need for switching your order from a large truck to a smaller one for delivery to your home. Large trucks cannot drive onto residential streets. Please speak to your sales rep for further information and rate quotes.

LIFT GATE DELIVERIES: Lift gate trucks are specially designed trucks that have a lowering system on them to remove your product from a truck to the ground. This can be added at an additional charge if there is no way for you to remove such a large package yourself. Please speak to your sales rep for further information and rate quotes.

Remote Area Surcharge:
Within the contiguous United States, a few zip codes required additional services to facilitate the delivery.
If you are one of the few who happen to live on an island or a very unique area, we can still ship to you.
However, depending on your zip code, you may be charged a “Remote Area Surcharge” while checking out.
PARTS AND SUPPLIES: Free freight does not apply to supplies, parts, and accessories on orders under $350.00 (not including freight). Please ask your sales specialist for shipping quotes on these products to your location.

LIGHT WEIGHT EQUIPMENT: Light weight is a term that refers to items weighing less than 70 pounds (unless otherwise noted). These are standard items that can easily be shipped via UPS based upon their light weight or smaller package dimensions. These items can be shipped to any commercial or residential location quite easily via a common freight carrier.

HEAVY WEIGHT EQUIPMENT: Heavy weight is a term that applies to equipment weighing more that 70lbs (unless otherwise noted) or of which the package size exceeds maximum dimension shipping capacities. These items must normally be shipped via a freight carrier or other large trucking companies to your location. Residential charges may be incurred due to the need to switch your order from a larger truck (like an 18 wheeler) to a smaller one to be able to drive up residential streets.


Damaged & Defective Items:We apologize for the inconvenience if your order arrives with damaged or defective items. We will find a replacement or issue a refund for the product and shipping charges. Please contact a customer service representative immediately at 1-800-638-3326.

Please Note: Our 30 day return policy still applies to damaged or defective items. Be sure to check your order as soon as it arrives for damage or defects!

Refunds: We can issue refunds on products that receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted at the time purchase. If you receive an RMA, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

If your purchase is defective or an incorrect order fulfillment, it is exempt from any restocking fees and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with warranty and service level terms. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders shipped to an address outside the United States may not be returned.

All components must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion.

When to Expect Your Refund: Please allow two billing cycles, or 21 business days, for us to receive your return and process a refund. Note that, unless otherwise stated, your refund:
