Promotion Period

The EDCO World of Concrete Giveaway begins at the opening of the EDCO booth at World of Concrete and ends at the close of the EDCO booth on the final show day. One winner will be drawn each day of the show.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of EDCO, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

Participants may enter in either of the following ways:

• Drop a business card into the giveaway entry container at the EDCO booth, or

• Have their World of Concrete badge scanned at the EDCO booth

Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
Each individual may enter a maximum of three (3) times during the Promotion period.

Duplicate or automated entries are void.

Prize

Each daily winner will receive $500 in EDCO Magna-Trap® tooling and EDCO diamond blades, redeemable at EDCOStore.com.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500

• Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

• Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected each day in a random drawing from all eligible entries received that day.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided (email and/or phone).
If a selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each day.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant EDCO permission to use their name and company name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by EDCO for sales and marketing communications and will not be sold to third parties.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
