Machine Configurations and Applications
Magna-Trap floor grinders are available in three configurations:
- Single-disc models: 10-inch grinding width, 200-250 square feet per hour, ideal for detail work and smaller prep areas.
- Dual-disc models: 22-inch grinding width, 400-500 square feet per hour, ideal for midsize projects.
- Heavy-duty dual-disc models: 22-inch grinding width, 800-1,000 square feet per hour, ideal for high-volume surface prep and coating removal.
Each configuration accepts Magna-Trap diamond tooling to match abrasive profiles to substrate conditions.
